Step one:
Get two dice

Step two:
Drill out hole the length of your valve cap with a drill bit the size of the cap

Step three:
Fill hole with hot glue
Step four:
Put on bike and you have your final product

I'll do that, and I can get larger dice than the usual store bought ones for bikes.

I made these on this bike by making my own Rat Taps out of stem from an old tube. I used my thin cut off wheel on my 4" grinder to cut the long grooves to make it look like a store bought tap, paying attention to which side was to be the cutting edge. I then took my valve tool that has a die on it to touch up the threads and drilling the right size hole I slowly worked it around till it looked done. If you had asked me that day how it worked out I would have said I was not a fan but they have never fallen off and I have removed and placed back on several times without a problem. I always thought if you heated up the Rat Tap it might make it easier to cut a thread, dont know.
