My neighbor's Electra has a really loose back wheel. The hub's cones are loose on both sides. I've never worked on a Nexus, so I thought I'd ask first. Do I tighten up the brake arm side first? Or do I lock down the sprocket side and try to tighten/adjust the brake side?
