Huffman stem?

Does anyone have a picture of a pre war huffman stem with the center rib? I have a stem that I have a sneaking suspicion is a huffman

Sure, here you go...
Although mislabeled "Schwinn" like MOST bicycle items on Ebay, this one is the McCoy. Gothic, or "peaked" style clamp, clamp bolt over the top of the handlebars, and cone style compression nut in the steerer tube.

Some of them had the handlebar clamp bolt below the handlebar, but I can't be sure when those date from, presumably later.
