Huffy Bandit

Never seen one before, A friend has a bandit car and one of their friends posted a pic of the Huffy Bandit on their facebook page and I seen it. Guess another bike is added to my bucket list.

I never knew of the Bandit until I saw one in a period piece movie recently. Though I was never one for department store bikes back in the day because they would not have lasted long under my thrashings, the kitsch appeal of this bike is second only to the Evel Knievel bike IMO.

Those had some crazy tires too! I came across one but it was rock hard and split apart from sitting in the dirt.
