Except, had: Cheater Slick, on the guard.

Crackerjack is not a promo that I know of, but one of Grants stores model names, Most I've seen look like this, although I have a photo of an orange one someplace.
Nice find, that's my favorite frame style, the single top tube versions. Congrats
