I picked up it's long-lost cousin today, or maybe twins separated at birth and raised in different families!
Mine is also green, also a coaster rear/caliper brake front, same sprocket, same bars... came
with the insane tall sissy bar too! But rusty- yours is 100% better looking.
Mine is badged for Grants department store. My guess is 1966.
Nice to see what my missing chainguard is supposed to look like...

Sits on this bike at 6'-2'' ! Can still go up 2'' or down 4"

Man id like to have one of those!! I'm 6ft 3" and I'm only 15 years old. Bummer.. really hope this is it for me though
