Long story but I wanted to paint all the parts in metallic blue.. spray paint is not legal in the city of Chicago. :shock: TRUE.

I do live 4 miles from a Lowes that is in the suburb of Lincolnwood... must past half a dozen hardware stores and a Home depot on the way.

The Lowes did not have any color I wanted so I went with this. because I had it....


Same color as on my Schwinn fenders

Looks Like a bike

I probably spent 2 hours on the chainguard yesterday... Between cutting, fitting ,sanding and painting
Real happy with how it turned out!

Top 'o the morning to ya on the last full build day! Nice work on the guard,the curve at the front shadows the lower top bar. Put a kickstand on it...this ain't Minnesota. Pulling for you to get it finished, Can't wait to see the seat.

Got the headlight mounted... going to need a lower bracket off the fork, but good for now

Just need to run cables ETC.
