Those tires look like they're in good shape. Those parts are going to need a chromer though. That's pretty rusty, but I've seen worse!

Yeah I put these tires on it. They hold air but are dry and crumbling. They were not good enough to use on a good bike so they were wall hangers untill now. I'm glad to be able to use the stuff I should have thrown away lol
