I picked up this wheel set a couple weeks ago at a flea market with intention to swap out the tuff ll mags with. They have sovos hubs laced to some weinman rims. Then after I got home realized that they were 20x1 3/8 tires that they took got some tires on the way though. Are these any good?

They are a Kun Teng brand (KT) hub. They were probably off some commuter/folder/travel bike as they don't look BMX.

20x1 3/8" in BMX are primarily for Mini class bikes and usually have a pretty low max weight requirement (~120-140lbs).
