Its not a rainbow frame...its a cantilever frame. Looks AMF, could be a Roadmaster, but that doesn't look like a Roadmaster badge.

Most any bike with a tank is worth $50. How can you lose?
AMFs may not get a lot of love, but it is a 50+ year old bike with a tank...so,

The chain wheel and everything is late 50's AMF. It used the seatpost that tightens like a handlebar stem, no collar on the frame. Looks like someone stuck something in there, but shouldn't be hard to fix. Worth 50 bucks even without the fork.
