And today I agreed to buy these two Felt bikes.

I think I am up to 16 total now. I have to start letting go of some of my less favorite ones...

There is no problem. It start's out with one, then another, then another, then another....... till it becomes an obsession. Then you find yourself looking for any bicycle parts you can find. Then you start swapping parts and being creative. There is no problem. It's what YOU enjoy!

It's the maintenance and project scope of my 50 bike collection that keeps me out of trouble and active in the garage. 50 is too many, and my limit, I have to get rid of one. 49 is just fine.

Yes exactly. I have bought parts just because. I have 3 builds going on right now and almost enough parts to finish them all. I'm obsessive compulsive. I do this with everything I get into. Oh well, I'm having fun. Meanwhile my wife is rolling her eyes. I guess it could be worse...

I think we have all done the same, myself included. Its a fun relaxing hobby and there are far worse things a person could be doing for fun. Good Luck on finding stuff and letting your imagination come out in your creativity. There are some real craftsmen on this site

I love the fender braces on the girls bike. Id be blending the pink fenders and chainguard with orange wheels on an orange frame to be groovy. But thats just me. Enjoy the hobby
