Great news, but the mission isn't complete until the bike thief is tracked down. I would make it a priority if I someone dropped off a stolen bike at my place and let me sell it. I could have gone to jail for having stolen merchandise.

Way to go !! Great to finally see a happy ending to one of these stories..I know the future Mrs. Old School has been REALLY on to me to get all my bikes registered "serialwise' with the local authorities..might just do that since I have Monday off..Was at the local fleamarket a few weeks back and witnessed one of the local "truckload" dealers being shook down for the high end bike he was selling, obviously the guy from who it was stolen from did his homework, had all the serials with him, and was on the phone with the locals..
