I bought a 64 Impala 4 door back in 1992 for $300. It had sat in a garage since 1972. I'd recommend checking out the frame rails on that X-frame, and also the gas tank mounts which attach to the front wall of the trunk. Mine was rusted in both places, ended up being too much $ to fix it up at the time. ~Adam
