ID help needed, 20" girls bicycle, probably Murray?

Hello everyone!
Someone wrote me on Facebook asking to ID his vintage American bike.

I immediately thought of Murray, since this is a very specific tube connection they used. But then there are more pictures:

Somebody used New Departure C coaster tab with the D hub shell? The drop-outs look 40's or 50's with those chain tightening bolts, definitely not like typical Murray spiky ones. Older stem and sprocket makes me think it is a early 50's bike someone put a 60's banana and sissy-bar on later. Can anyone ID it more precisely? There is a plate with the number under the BB, but it does not seem like a regular Murray numbering system.

What's the seat stay to post junction look like?

Shelby frame...I believe.

The HEL on the tag...supports that...but it's the seatpost to seatstay transition that really locks it in.

Thanks a lot! That makes perfect sense, the frame number badge matches the style on the Shelby ones. Though i couldn't find a frame exactly like that on the internet, there is no doubt now it is really Shelby. Wow, what a rare bike to be found here in Poland

Look at the 24" (I can't find a 20") Donald Duck Shelby's...pretty close match. Only real difference is a support bar between the downtubes at the end of where the tank would be. I can only assume that the 20" versions of the frame don't have the brace.

If the fork goes with the frame, I'd guess it would be a transitional year after the AMF buy out. It could be a Ross fork...or maybe even a Raleigh.

A true Franken-bike! A 1949 Shelby frame, probable og rear wheel, with swapped brake arm, Euro or Ross fork, and '60s-70s style banana seat, shorty fenders, and ape hanger bars! If it could only talk, what a story! ~Adam
