ID this frame

I'm looking for a horn tank for this frame and dont know what the make and age of it is... what do you guys think?

Take a pic of the stays, are they both rounded?

Aren't those the infamous H.P. Snyder (a maker of Rollfast) dropouts?

yeah thats what I was thinking that it is a Rollfast.. Now where the heck do i find a tank for this thing haha

If the dropouts have interconnected holes for rack/fender braces, definitely a Snyder. Otherwise I'd say it's a Monark. Does it look like it had a metal plate riveted to the BB at one time? -Adam
