ID Wheelie on Sierra Club Magazine Cover

Went by my Mom and Dad's house Saturday to wish Mom a Happy Birthday and she had this magazine on her desk:

I know I've seen that guy riding wheelies on that bike before. For some reason I think aka_locojoe posted the video up. I could be wrong. Can anyone ID that guy? It's driving me crazy. A short drive, I know, but there are already enough crazies out there why have one more.

no clue on the guy but the bike looks to be a Schwinn red Phanton, maybe a re-pop with the condition. sorry if im being obvious but thats why they call me Commador Obvious. :lol: :mrgreen: they upgraded me from captain a while back.
