ideas for building custom fender set

I want to build a set of fenders but drawing a blank on getting started. Want something short and bobber styled.

Not "home made" but are shorties.
I put some on my bike, but had to move the brackets a bit.

its kinda a rat/bobber is the best way to desribe it going to run a 26 by 2.5 in back an a 24 by 1.75 in.

It started life as a huffy cranbrook 26in girls bike found next to a dumpster.Working on extending the forks 7in and custom bend. Has a new back bone. leaned the seat post back 3in and streached the rear end out about 13in. Oh and built 15in apes for it.

cut the rear fender as short as you can. like maybe 1.5 inches from the forward truss if possible 8)
