I horse traded for 2 bikes recently and this Fire Arrow was part of the deal. I believe it is a '57/58, I had some parts in the garage and put together this beauty. The crust on this bike is spectacular and I have always liked this style Columbia half tank.

The Rochy Rat actually rides very nicely and I'm on the taller side. @Otto (Spelled Backwards) this one is from the old stomping grounds

Around here, there's a rule that says that we aren't allowed to discuss what constitutes a rat bike, so I looked it up in the dictionary to find out. There was a picture of your bike. Just sayin'

Ps it kinda bugs me that the 6 shooter looks like it's backwards in the holster
 
The patina is just right on the bike. The year can be deciphered from the serial number on the dropout. Columbia's numbers are small font and not stamped deeply so it may be hard to find. Late 56 and 57 would begin with a "C" number, 58 a "D".
