Seriously though-awesome bike. Where did you acquire/fabricate those handlebars?

My wife's friend went picking around local older farms and came across this....

My wife tried to acquire the bicycle for the bars as anniversary present to me and her friend didn't wanna let the bike go. So my wife showed me what I missed out on. I gave her pic at any of the vintage ladies bike's and she bit on a fairly rusty huffy [emoji2]
And I'm told they are the tallest of the ram horns, after market in 68 - 69.
