In a former life this was probably a Sears bike sold as a "Legran Seville". A 12 speed "touring" bike that I transformed into something a bit more respectable.

The future planned changes are I want to add some maroon wall tires and also get a sporty/cooler looking chainring. The one I have is pretty garden variety.

I went single speed, had it powder coated, added some leather wrapped grips (Toshi) and a Brooks B17, cooler bars and some assorted shiny bits. Not a rat rod but I think it's presentable :)

I like the way it started - but without all the frills, but the end is very COOl!

Really cool. Bikes are so much easier to do than cars!

Still a pain in the ..., but that's 50% of the fun.

Bike looks great man. I think you saved it.
