Iowa bank hit by tornado last week

Watch the video as the EF-5 tornado crashes into the First State Bank in Parkersburg. The bank was empty, but the surveillance cameras rolled on the disaster.

Wow!


One of the two tornadoes that have hit my town took out an old bank in our historic district. The vault was all that was left standing.

We've been pretty fortunate. The first one just knocked out windows and blew some of our furniture around. The second one just missed us by about a half mile. My Daughter got caught in the second one where she worked at a fast food place and rode it out in the freezer while the building was being blown apart around her. My folks home also got hit in the second one while they rode it out in their crawl space.

Wow we got slamed friday night it took out an apartment building across town from us. But the lightning storm was quite auwsome to watch from our back porch. The news was saying 10,000 hits in 30 minutes.

Glad everybody is O.K.
