It was a beauty here in Maine, at least in the western part of the state, went and did a few miles on the Higgins!

actually been a really mild nor-cal winter. been caught up in my new toy (2010 specialized hardrock sport 29er' hardtail) for the past few weeks and just when it gets dry enough to hit the trails, i rip up the muscles and tendons in my left elbow... i.e. NO BIKE RIDING for at least 10 days
