Got it home and threw some treads on it, and gave it a quick wipe down.

Nice find! 1939-41 Mercury. Looks to be mostly there and correct. Would have had a dropstand, and if it's a non-lit tank, then a torpedo fender light up front. Lit tank would have had a fender ornament. You've got all the major parts. With the serial, the year can be nailed down.
