Messinger(Messenger? Maybe? Don't recall the spelling and cant find my crash tabs) did in the 50's.
Nope, nobody is making them now. They did do a repop in the 80s or 90s though. Expect to pay $50(lucky if you find a decent one for that!)-$100+ for an original depending on condition. No idea what the repops go for.
