really well that sucks so its work nada huh oh well I thought it looked more 65 ish but Im a newbie too

Typically any bike with straight tube forks is 80s or newer....unless the bike was a total mutt and they added those.

Looks like kind of a mish mash of parts if you ask me.

yes those forks were put on by me cause I got it as frame only and had to add stuff just to get it ridable

The rear brake bridge on the frame also says 80s and newer.

Can't tell from this angle, but it may either be an 80s Schwinn Cruiser or possibly a Huffy Cranbrook.

its a schwinn I saw the outline of the headbadge on it and the serial is on the headtube where schwinns put theres

It looks like it might have Schwinn forged steering head joints. Does it have head badge screw or rivet holes? Are there any numbers? With conventional "canti" frames like this, the next things to look at would be the bottom bracket/kickstand mount and the rear dropouts.

Hey man just build it into something cool. Just because it isn't very old doesn't mean it can't be modded. I was looking at a diamondback alum cruiser frame today - prolly 80-90s - no matter.

The great thing about canti frame cruisers is that they all look alike. Fix it up and nobody will know the difference between 1950 or 1980.

ok heres a couple pics and I think its ok rider may redo it someday but right now it just needs a front tube and a chain put on and few bolts put on and tightened but is in good shape
