Is this rim still good?

I have this nice aluminum rim, straight as an arrow. It looks like its splitting at the seam. Is this still safe to use? Its still solid.

I would not ride it especially on a front rim.

Was it relaced or something? the spokes look like they're either loose or not long enough. It's a pinned joint but you don't want a gap like that at the joint.

you could possibly aluminum weld it back together them grind down the welds a little......... idea
