Is this seat worth anything?

Well, I know it's worth something, but what do you think? This bike is for sale locally, but the price is a little steep. I don't plan on using this seat, so I'm hoping maybe the seat will offset the cost.

Well youve got to consider the fact that the seller probably doesnt need the seat and will not take it off and lower the price, else why would it be on the bike in the first place. I doubt the seller will knock off a good amount of money off of 100 dollars for a seat especially when they said the price is firm.

I would never ask a seller to do that. I'm talking about me taking it off and selling it after I buy it.

Either way I'm still interested in it because the difference won't matter to my project. But I'd like to go in armed with being able to tell the owner the real deal and maybe work a deal if it is AMF.
