Looks like maybe a Jaguar....with some interesting add ons.

I personally wouldn't pay that much for that bike.

One thing for sure, if you buy it for that much you better like it and want to hang onto it for a while.

Also....it's a middle weight bike.

Not sure that they put Delta lights on Jaguars.

Looks like a '60 or '61 Mark IV Jag. Rack is from a DX or Hornet. Springfork is pre-'55 Schwinn. Bars replaced. Light added. $250 is a little high for a parts bike. If you could get it for $100-150, that would hurt less. Gary
