It's a Murray made bike....pointy rear drop outs and chainring design are the giveaways.

Thanks Rat Rod and Udall, Murray might have been my first guess, mostly I just wanted to know I wasn't thinkin' about Rattin' or Freakin' somebody's dream. Makes a pretty bike there Udall. Thanks again,
