Wow, you've got a good eye! I believe you're right. The outline is not very clear, but it does look more like a Western Flyer badge used to live there.

Are there any differences in the actual frame itself or just the badges?

CWC bikes are my favorite. There are no differences in the frame itself so you can put any badge on there
