As you can see it's the bare bones but the great thing is, it exists! It's a survivor!

If you have not done it yet. Go follow my attempt at putting this Bluebird back together in the RRB Winter build off! I'm doing my best to get this bike back to its former glory.

I see a lot of visible red under the rust. But there's also some read on the bars so it might be a repaint.

More investigation tomorrow.

What a great survivor!!!! It looks like those forks had a nice sweep to them. It would be great if you could get in touch with an owner with a good fork and get them to trace out the fork on paper for you.
The flow of these frames is perfect. I think they look much better without the fenders and rear rack.

I would start by getting that fork situated, and trying to find a solution to the front fender brace, as its line is important to the overall flow of the bike. It looks wayyyy cool, I'm in love with that patina. Awesome, Tyler! I hope to see it in a couple of weeks.

That's probably where the new Schwinn in-tank cup holder design came from... Very cool!

You have a bit more than I thought parts wise. You have the buttons The correct stem I believe . Is that a Badge under the chrome trim piece ?
