you're lucky down there in AZ. Up here it's 4' frost walls or a floating slab on all kinds of drainage stone with insulation. Looks like a healthy footprint!

yeah that looks funny with no footing.

I'm using a pre fab light weight metal building. no footing needed.. and no frost wall needed in Phx AZ..
