It's very blue

Any idea what this is? It's posted locally for $125 CDN. The color is giving me pause but if it's a reasonable bike I might try to do something with it.

I concur, 1960's Huffy.

But the rack looks more Huffy built Monark ?

Could be a Monark. If the blue paint can be removed, the graphics may ID the bike. Also, being a Huffy built bike, the serial number will ID the year of the bike. 8H at the beginning would be a 68 model, 9H a 69, etc.

Looks way earlier than a 60's era bike. It has a a drop stand rather than a kick stand. I'm going with pre-war.

Schwinn's patent on the cantilever frame didn't expire 'til the 1950s, and that is not a Schwinn. Pretty sure that stand is aftermarket.
