J.C. Higgins

Here is a barn find J.C. Higgins that I bought pretty cheap. havent taken it home yet because we were on our cycles at the time. The chain is seized and a few major dents in the fenders. What should I do with it? I am hoping to get some rubber on it, and free everything up just to ride it. would it be worth restoring?

Get it rolling and ride it :mrgreen: I'd polish up the paint and clean the chrome with some steel wool too :wink:

How should I go about cleaning this up? I already went over most of it with PB blaster but I am running out what next?

Zud or some other abrasive cleaner and an SOS pad. Wet sanding would probably do wonders too. After that, try rubbing compound and play around with rags/toothbrush.
