got the jackshaft, with no mounts, ideas anyone?

ok, thanks for all the help everyone. Yesterday, me and mr dunson went about pressing the some sealed bearings inside a old bottom bracket i had, it worked. But now i have a even bigger problem, how do you mount this: , to that space: and make it solid and removable, im stumped

weld a flange to it. weld a matching flange to the frame. use big bolts to hold them together.
