went by city dump on way to get kids from school - snagged this - my guess is japanese cuz all parts say Suntour - no idea - headbadge says Graco - cleaned up nice - everything works - bike was FREE. LMK if you want it. If you know what this is LMK!

it rides NICE! Shifts, Etc.

Also found a few sets of trining wheels, and sprocket on ground... and odd motorcycle bag

I got one just like this for free here in CT, except the headbadge says "sutton". It was sitting on the side of the road with a cardboard "free" sign propped up on it:

your looks similar, but mines a little different, especially the sprocket = - mines also only a 5 speed, and all the parts (shifter/gears/brakes) say Suntour, not Durax - great find man! - Free is Free! Let's race!
