JC Higgins 3 speed hub

I just received a Higgins 3 speed hub with no shifting components for the hub. Does any one have any parts or Higgins factory drawings?

We need to see some pics of the hub. JC Higgins was the Sears house brand from the mid 40s-mid 60s. They didn't manufacture their own parts, just had other manufacturer's bikes and parts rebadged. Post some pics of the hub and any info stamped anywhere on the hub. I am guessing it is probably a Sturmey Archer hub, but without more info...

It could also be a rebranded Sachs torpedo, or a Steyr clone of the Sturmey. The Torpedo hub needs to be used with the torpedo trigger, but the Steyr should (theoretically) work with a normal Sturmey trigger. And if it's a Sturmey then the answer is obvious.
