I'm kinda confused by the need for the trademark permission you felt you needed. Isn't the term "Jersey Devil" more of a referral to the "creature/spirit/whatever" than the hockey team? I cant imagine needing the permission of the Dallas Cowboys to name my group, "The Cowboys"...especially if I used no common colors or insignia used by the pro team. Am I just being naive? :?

p.s. I meant to add that the patches look sharp! But you need a bigger gun. :wink:
