Scored a whole J.C. Higgins men’s bike in pretty rough condition, but complete. It has the orig. pinstriped tank, fenders, and back rack. I plan on stripping the frame and painting it flat black. I will then reinstall the fenders, tank and rack in orig. condition. I am also planning on installing a springer fork which I scored from Smoopy's vintage bikes down here in TN.
