Hello my Bretherin, My name is Junior... I run a little garage shop here in San Diego, Ca. called BULLETPROOF BICYCLES
I started it back in 04 when I was asked to build someone a full custom lowrider bike. After completely powder coating my own bike, one day out on the boardwalk in Pacific Beach someone asked me about the paint... I told them it's Powdercoated and it's darn near Bulletproof.... and after I was commissioned to build someone else a bike Bulletproof was born. I started out with the idea of following Mayday/ Fire Bikes. But that kind of dedication to the craft takes far more time, space, and equipment than I have. I still build one of a kind bikes for people, But I found my niche in the BUY-SELL-TRADE field of Custom & Classic bicycles/parts and have had a pretty decent run with sales on Ebay. At least not bad for a married father of 5, with a full time office gig, and a huge morgage.
I love everything bicycle. Some of it more than others. Although I respect the "KILL YOUR CAR" guys, Carbon Fiber, & Fixie Riders. I'm more into Customs, Classics, Choppers, Low Riders, Rat Rods, and Comfort bikes. I Buy, Sell, & Trade em all.. I really got a love for the Balloon era bicycles. If you have a Monark or Columbia built Ballooner your looking to sell let me know.. I'm always looking to pick up another bike.
I finally got off my tail and got fully signed on.. I look forward to Mixing it up with y'all. I have been customizing bikes for years and look forward to the new friends I will meet here. Oh..
