my daughters lil tiger chopper

my sons , well i suppose you could call it a drag bike?

this is an original skid kid that i got from a garage sale a while back, $5!! it was built by someone probably in the 80's

they called it "black magic"

nice scroll work and pinstriping, i wish i could have seen it new.

my "chopper" the first bike i modified.

i found this bike on the rubbish, it was from the road safety school thats why it has the number 6 on the gaurd. when we were growing up nearly every school kid went to the road safety school
chances are some of my school friends rode this bike when they went there.

this is my sons race bike, a vortex, i changed the bars, peddles, rims and gearing to make it into a speedway bike. this year 4th in aussie titles, better next year.

it seems you have a supply of 26' or 28' forks,im jealous :mrgreen:

the forks on the green bike came off an old 28" super elliot from the 20's or 30's that i fonud years ago, the other ones i got nos from a market they were marked 26" but they were 27" i had to cut and shut them to fit the small frame.
"the ground is too high" too true, one of my valiants i cant even roll a coke can under!!
