Well, I've run into a snag of sorts. I'm having a hard time finding 12 gauge spokes in black that are around 250mm in length. Anybody got any ideas where I can find some?

I'd think they'd chip really bad when being laced.

I painted my spokes with red primer on Firewing and they held up well to the lacing. Only minor touch up was needed.

it is if you don't have access to a spoke threaded.

the only black spokes I have are 260mm and I only have 36 of then

No luck w/ the LBS. Odds are I won't finish it in time for the BO deadline. That's good news for the rest of y'all!!
