Thanks. I've only seen those skirts on Hawthorne and Western Flyer bikes. The guard is a Shelby.
Took a break from Build Off 19 this afternoon to head across teh river and score this coolness.
50s JetFlow frame with beehive, Monark deep rear fender, higgins front fender, pair of carlisle lightning dart tires on raised center skiptooth wheels, lazy hearts skippy chainring, nice wide 50s bars, chrome version of the chainguard that I used for StemRoller, good saddle, good stem, grippy muscle bike grips, and custom little axle hub caps.

Looks like it's the same patina as Fooligan. Looks like it will fit too!
