I am guessing that you are talking about the 3G springer fork. I have never done it, but it should work similar to any triple tree fork. You slide the triple tree yokes on the fork tubes until you get them at the level you want for the frame you are working with. Then you cut the excess tube off. At least that is what I am hoping. With this fork I could always keep the fork the length that it is and just adjust the yokes to fit the headtube. This would jack up the front end of most frames unless a headtube was welded in that had some rake to it.

Getting this cool checkered 3 speed Electra Straight 8 Wheelset from @Hooksie313 . As a bonus I am also getting him to ship me some Fisher's Caramel Corn from the Ocean City, MD boardwalk. Some of my family is from the Eastern Shore, so this will bring back tasty memories. I think this wheelset will be perfect for my Afternburner X53254 build idea.

Picked up these two 24" bikes the other weekend. One is a Giant and the other is a Haro. I don't think either were ridden much at all. Should flip nicely after cleaning.

I believe these twin stick shifters are from a 10 speed Sears Spyder bike.
