Go to the Surly website and hit the "dealers" tab. They don't sell direct so you have to go to a dealer and order. What size are you looking for? I have a set of 26" (one 100mm and the other 80mm) with fresh tubes and tires I have been thinking of selling. PM me if you want to discuss further.
