Hi Guys,

I want to know if I can run a larger front wheel ie 24" on my 20" frame and still maintain the same "low" that I have. Will fitting a set of those Extreme Bend Springer forks in the right size do the job? Will they be compatible with with the head on the 20" frame?

Here is a pic of what im working with:

Thanks for your help,

Robert.

The ruler is your friend. For a 24" wheel, you need 12 1/2" from the dropout (axle mounting point) to the inside of the crown (where the fork legs meet the steer tube), more if you use an oversize tire. Measure the steering head with the bearing races in place, your steer tube needs to be 3/4" longer for the inner race (threaded), and top nut. :|
