Thanks for your help with my posts folks.
Any info on the Hawthorne would be appreciated as well. It is a skip tooth serial # tuff to read.

Thanks Bolt Nut,
I sprayed the cream colour as the base and might well have left it alone, but no I got a little carried away.
A couple of darker tone enamels were chosen and tinted, thinned as needed and I just started messing with dragging a sponge and rag for the wood graining.It took a bit of dry time and plenty of masking tape.
The pics don't show well but I tried hand pinstriping the red accents and fender chevrons as well. A little wet sanding, alittle gold flake misted over the finish and then 5 or 6 clear coats to bury it.
The trailer I built unfortunately would not dry with the bar top 2 part finish that I used but it did burn really, really well.
The second trailer has natural wood grain and is working out pretty well.[img[
