leaf spring fork

I saw an indian motorcycle with some cool leaf spring forks and thought i would try and build some this is what I have so far

Interesting and different but non-functional at the moment. Do you plan to make an active version or would the leaves need to be much more flexible?

How are you cutting the steel? The dropouts, strut rod bracket and shock bracket look very clean.

That looks good. I am building an Electra and wanted the leaf springs to look like the old Indian motorcycles too.

I'm going to keep an eye out in the gallery to see what everyone is coming up with.

These forks look cool and I made one but didn't like the heavy feel on the streering. Unless you can make them lite they are more show then go.
