can someone show step by step on how to make these street sweepers

I've never done it, but have seen two identical fenders joined together with the seam hidden under the rear stay cross brace. I'm not sure how skip does it, but I think he has some kind of magic formula! :mrgreen:

Not really "street sweeper low" but it is extended in the same way (around here pot holes would kill it if it were much lower) Anyway here's mine.
