Well, I guess it's about time I post more Elgin.
Just got this one from a new buddy south of me a ways. Another guy inquired about Twins for sale, this guy chimed in and it was a done deal until the buyer found a more complete one he wanted.. frankly for the cost and the new friendship, Im glad this worked in my favor.
(Likely '39) Elgin Twin.
I added the Truss Rods, pedals, grips and a little love. Chains on the way,.

Speaking of parts.. I picked this up on Feebay for a song, just to rob the fenders for the Twin Above though after all, it will likely get built back up if it doesn't sell as is without fenders
This coming Local Swap.
('40/'41)

And finally yet another curvebar Ladies. This one with the right tank. Also repainted, and unfortunately much less effort went into that as we can see..
This one is also due to go to the local swap ahead,. No idea what I'll do with it if it doesn't sell. Guess I'll put the tank on the other one and fill it in after stripping the horrid blue paint off.

Picked this up a couple of weeks ago, got it from the family of the girl / lady, who had it all of it's life.

Still had the original tires on it, and overall in pretty nice shape.

It has been cleaned up a bit, polished and new tires, still has the original tubes.

1941 Elgin Deluxe Sport, by Westfield. Rides so smooth.

Well, It took some time and a little fobbing, but she's fully dressed.
The fenders off the donor ladies bike worked out great, never needed the blue Ladies as a donor but it's still on the table for parts for folks who need a rear fender or headset.

Shout-out to Mark Dalubaum for the correct guard.
Shroud fits nice and snug without rattle or extras to fit clean.
It's a really really sweet rider.

Pretty sure this is a 39. I've been hoarding parts that I like for years and when I bought this bare frame I finally had enough to build a bike. I built it for the march build off so I could have a deadline and get it done.
